At Home Care Network, Inc., we believe that exceptional care starts with exceptional people. Serving communities across Ohio and Indiana, our team of 196 Home Health Aides (and counting!) is at the heart of everything we do—bringing compassion, skill, and dedication into the homes of those who need it most.
This week, we took a moment to celebrate them.
In honor of National Home Health Care Aide Day (officially October 18, but we couldn’t wait!), we sent each of our aides a heartfelt message of gratitude and a special gift to say: “We see you. We appreciate you.”
Using a digital gifting platform, we gave our team the opportunity to choose something that brings a smile to their face—whether it’s a cozy treat, a useful gadget, or a little indulgence. It’s our way of saying thank you for the countless ways they bring comfort and dignity to our patients every day.
At Home Care Network, appreciation isn’t just a one-day event. It’s a culture. And we’re proud to honor the caregivers who make our mission possible. But don’t take our word for it… here’s what our Home Health Aides are saying:
